Welcome to ItsRide Limo. By booking or using our limousine and transportation services through itsridelimo.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Service Overview

ItsRide Limo provides professional chauffeur and transportation services across Canada. Our goal is to ensure comfort, safety, and reliability for all clients.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
• To confirm your reservation, valid payment information must be provided at the time of booking.
• Payment can be made by credit card or other accepted methods listed on our website.
• Prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may vary based on travel distance, time, and service type.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. Please review it at our Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made outside of the specified time frames may result in full or partial charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup details and contact information.
• Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted inside the vehicles.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will result in repair charges.

Waiting Time and Delays

• For international airport pickups, a 60-minute grace period after flight arrival is included.
• For domestic airport pickups, a 45-minute grace period after flight arrival is included.
• For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute grace period is provided.
• Additional waiting time beyond these limits may be billed at the standard hourly rate.
• ItsRide Limo monitors flight statuses and makes every effort to accommodate schedule changes.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control.

Vehicle Availability and Substitution

We strive to provide the exact vehicle booked; however, if unforeseen circumstances occur (such as maintenance or breakdown), we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost.

Conduct and Safety

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a disorderly, threatening, or unsafe manner. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability

• ItsRide Limo is not responsible for losses or damages to personal property left in vehicles.
• Our maximum liability for any claim related to service will not exceed the amount paid for the trip in question.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Terms
