We had an absolutely amazing experience with Fazal and ItsRide! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. He picked my family and I up in a brand-new, top-of-the-line Escalade that was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Fazal was warm, welcoming, and attentive—he handled all of our luggage, helped with our kids, and even had candy and plenty of water (both cold and room temperature) ready for us. What really stood out was his professionalism and communication. He kept in touch throughout the evening to make sure our late pickup from a banquet hall went smoothly. When I asked if he could come earlier than planned, he made it work right away, loaded the car for us, and even patiently waited while we wrapped up the party. Fazal truly catered to all our needs and made us feel completely taken care of. We’ve found our new driver and will definitely be using his service for many more occasions.
