Cancellation Policy
At ItsRide Limo, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring our drivers’ time and vehicle availability are respected.
1. Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged 50% of the total fare.
- No-shows (when the passenger is not present at the pickup location without prior notice) will be charged the full fare.
2. Airport Transfers
- For airport pickups, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the pickup will incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows for airport pickups will be charged 100% of the fare.
3. Hourly and Special Event Bookings
- Cancellations for hourly charters, weddings, proms, or special events must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged 50%, and those made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the total booking.
4. Delays and Rescheduling
- If you need to change your reservation time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on vehicle and driver availability.
- Delays caused by flight changes or traffic are handled with flexibility, but please notify us promptly of any updates.
5. Refunds
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
